| 摘 要： | 目的检测STAT3及磷酸化STAT3（P-STAT3）在非小细胞肺癌组织和正常肺组织中的表达并探讨临床意义。方法应用免疫组化ABC法检测49例手术切除的非小细胞肺癌组织及10例正常肺组织中的P-STAT3和STAT3的表达。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中STAT3和P-STAT3的阳性率分别为65.3%、46.9%,均显著高于其在正常肺组织中的表达;两者的阳性表达与肿瘤组织的临床分期及是否有淋巴结转移相关。结论 STAT3在非小细胞肺癌组织中的异常活化与肺癌的发生发展密切相关,抑制STAT3及其信号传导通路有望成为治疗非小细胞肺癌的新的靶点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of STAT3 and P-STAT3 in human normal lung tissues and non-small cell lung cancer tissues(NSCLC) and explore their clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to examine the expression of STAT3 and P-STAT3 in 49 cases of NSCLC and 10 cases of paracancerous normal lung tissues.Results The positive staining rate of STAT3 and P-STAT3 protein in NSCLC tissues were 65.3% and 46.9 %,respectively.There were significant higher than normal lung tissues... |
