| Abstract: | In a nursing management system,head nurses are the most basic and specific leaders and commanders,whose role is like bridges communicated with information and coordinated with departments for improvement of internal and external relations,being charged with direct guidance of ward management and specialist nursing technology,playing an irreplaceable role in improvement of hospital management. |
