| 摘 要： | 以乙醛酸和丙炔酸乙脂为原料，经9步反应合成了溴沙特罗，总收率为8.4%，反应条件温和，原料价廉易得，适于规模化生产，最终产物由元素分析、^1H-NMR、IR及MS进行结构鉴定。

| Abstract: | Broxaterol was synthesized in nine steps of reactions from glyoxalic acid and ethyl propiolate in an overall yield of 8 4%.The reaction conditions were mild and the raw materials were commercially available.The process fitted the production on a scale.The structure was characterized by elemental analysis,IR, 1H NMR and MS. |
