| 摘 要： | 目的:确定珍珠冰硼散的最佳微生物限度检查方法,确保其检查方法的科学性和检验结果的准确性。方法:采用2005年版《中国药典》(一部)附录"微生物限度检查法"项下相关内容进行方法学验证。结果:确定培养基稀释法与直接接种法作为珍珠冰硼散微生物限度检查法的最佳检查方法。结论:培养基稀释法与直接接种法作为珍珠冰硼散微生物限度检查法可行。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the best method on the microbial limit test of Zhenzhu BingPeng powders so as to ensure its scientificity and accurate test results. Method：The method verification was carried out in accordance with the microbial limit test described in the Appendix of China Pharmacopoeia （2005 edition, Volume I）. Result：The medium dilution method and direct inoculation method used in microbial limit test are selected for Zhenzhu BingPeng powders. Conclusion：The medium dilution method and direct inoculation method as microbial limit test method for Zhenzhu BingPeng powders are reliable. |
