| 摘 要： | 国际公约中没有对传统药物进行单独详细的个别规定,但是对传统药物知识产权的保护却体现在各类人权、生物多样性或传统知识等协议中。本文对几项主要的对传统药物知识产权保护作用重大的国际保护协定进行总结,并将秘鲁作为例子进行分析,希望能从中获得对发展中国家传统药物知识产权保护的借鉴意义。
