我院136例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:分析我院2010年药品不良反应(ADR)监测报告,为促进临床合理、安全用药提供参考。方法:按照国家ADR监测中心制定的标准,对我院2010年1-12月临床各科室上报的不良反应报告进行分析。结果:我院ADR以61～80岁年龄段多发,静脉给药导致ADR占绝大多数,抗微生物药,尤其是头孢菌素类,是引起ADR的高危药物,ADR临床表现以累及皮肤和消化系统最为常见。结论:ADR的发生与多种因素有关,应重视ADR的监测与报告,减少或避免ADR的重复发生,促进临床合理用药。

Retrospective Analysis of 136 Cases of ADRs in the Hospital

Objective： To analyze the adverse drug reaction （ADR）occurred in our hospital in 2010 so as to promote clinical rational and safe medication. Methods： In accordance with the standard set by State ADR Monitoring Center, ADR case reports submitted by our hospital from Jan. to Dec. of 2010 were analyzed, Results： Among the ADR cases,patients aged from 61 to 80 years occurred frequently. The overwhelming majority of ADRs were induced by intravenous drug administration, and antimicrobial drugs especially cephalosporin were the high risk drugs causing ADRs. Skin and digestive system involved in ADR were most common. Conclusion： The occurrence of ADRs is related to multiple factors. Attentions should be paid to monitoring and reporting of ADR to reduce the ADRs and promote clinical rational use of drugs.
