| Abstract: | Objective： To learn the occurrence characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） in our hospital and to provide reference for rational clinical drug use. Methods： 186 ADR reports were collected in our hospital in 2010 and analyzed retrospectively. Results： Of the total 186 cases,the ADR reports of male and female were 55.38% and 44.62% respectively, among which the old took the highest proportion （25.27%）, 93.55% of ADRs were induced by the drugs of intravenous administration. Anti-infective agent induced-ADRs were 61.29% and the rriost common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and adnexa, which accounted for 44.62 %. Conclusion： Supervision of ADRs should be strengthened to improve the rational administration of drugs and to avoid or reduce ADR incidences. |
