| 摘 要： | 目的观察人工骨水泥全髋关节置换在治疗老年股骨粗隆问骨折病人的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性总结的方法,收集32例老年股骨粗隆间骨折行人工骨水泥全髋关节置换术的病例,经过一年以上的随访,对术前评估、手术适应症的选择、手术方法、术后并发症及关节功能恢复情况,进行分析。结果人工骨水泥全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折实行微创技术,创伤小,运动早,恢复快,并发症少等特点。结论人工骨水泥全髋关节置换术是治疗老年粗隆间粉碎骨折的有效手术方法。 |
