98例头孢哌酮钠及其酶抑制剂致双硫仑样反应文献分析

目的:调查头孢哌酮钠及其酶抑制剂致双硫仑样反应的临床特征和发生原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索2005-2010年国内文献报道的头孢哌酮钠及其酶抑制剂致双硫仑样反应,对患者的一般情况、用药情况、双硫仑样反应的临床表现、并用其他药品、预后和转归进行调查分析。结果:头孢哌酮钠及其酶抑制剂致双硫仑样反应共98例,多发生于41～50岁,有3例出现再激发现象,饮酒后双硫仑样反应多数发生于饮酒1小时内,主要累及系统-器官为全身反应和心血管系统等。及时治疗预后良好。结论:头孢哌酮钠及其酶抑制剂饮酒后致双硫仑样反应是可以预防的。临床医护工作者应做好对患者的健康教育工作。

Literature Review and Analysis of 98 Cases of Cefoperazone Sodium and Its Enzyme Inhibitor-Induced Disulfiram-Like Reaction

Objective： To investigate the clinical features and causes of cefoperazone sodium and its enzyme inhibitor-induced disulfiram-like reaction so as to provide reference for rational use of medicines. Methods： The above-mentioned case reports published in domestic literature from 2005 to 2010 were collected. The patients＇ baseline characteristics, the situation of drug use, clinical features and prognosis and outcome of disulfiram-like reaction were analyzed. Results： A total of 98 patients had cefoperazone sodium and its enzyme-induced disulfiram-like reaction, which mostly occurred in the age group of 41 -50. Three cases experienced disulfiram-like reaction again after drink. Most of the disulfiram-like reaction occurred within one hour after drink. The main clinical presentations were constitutional symptom and cardiovascular system. Most patients were cured after receiving treatment. Conclusions： The alcohol-induced post-cefoperazone sodium and its inhibitor-induced disulfiram-like reaction is preventable. Health education should be given by clinical healthcare workers.
