| 摘 要： | 目的观察益肾复元方配合低强度激光治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组服中药益肾复元方配合低强度激光治疗;对照组单服中药益肾复元方,以髋关节疼痛、压痛、关节活动功能、血脂的变化作为临床观察指标。结果治疗组在临床疗效和血脂、髋关节疼痛和活动的改善方面均优于对照组。结论益肾复元方配合低强度激光对早期股骨头坏死患者临床疗效明显,疗程短、奏效快,可提高临床治愈率,减少致残率。
