| 摘 要： | 目的观察参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者心功能及血浆N-末端原脑利钠肽（N-terminal-pro B-Ttype Natriuretic Peptide,NT-proBNP）水平的影响。方法将63例CHF患者随机分为两组。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用参附注射液静滴。治疗7d后比较两组的心功能指标及血浆NT-proBNP水平的变化。结果两组治疗后左室舒张末内径、左室射血分数、心输出量、左室短轴缩短率均较治疗前有改善,治疗组改善的程度优于对照组;两组治疗后血浆NT-proBNP水平均较疗前有下降,治疗组下降更明显。结论参附注射液可明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者心脏舒缩功能,显著降低其血浆NT-proBNP水平。
