我院2007-2009年降糖药利用分析

目的:了解我院降糖药的使用情况及发展趋势。方法:对我院2007-2009年降糖药的销售金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果:降糖药销售金额逐年上升,降糖药销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例逐年减小,胰岛素类销售金额增长较快,诺和灵30R的销售金额及DDDs排序连续3年位居第一。在口服降糖药中,非磺脲类促胰岛素分泌剂的销售前景较好。结论:降糖药的需求量逐年增加,胰岛素类、非磺脲类促胰岛素分泌剂、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、磺酰脲类是我院主要降糖药。

Analysis on Application of Hypoglycemic Drugs in Our Hospital from 2007 to 2009

Objective：To understand the current status of application and the trend of hypoglycemic drugs. Methods：The sales amount and defined daily dose（DDDs）of hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically. Results：The sales of hypoglycemic drugs increased year by year,the ratio of the annual consumption of hypoglycemic drugs decreased to the total sales of drug consumptions,the consumption of insulin increased rapidly,Novolin 30R has dominated the first place in terms of sales and DDDs for three years in succession. Among the oral hypoglycemic drugs,non-sulfonylurea insulin secretion agent was developed quickly with promising sales. Conclusion：The consumption sum of hypoglycemic drugs increased year by year,insulin, non-sulfonylurea insulin secretion agent,α-glucosidase inhibitors and sulfonylurea were the main hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital.
