| 摘 要： | 目的观察益肺康心胶囊对大鼠肺心病模型血液流变学指标的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠分空白组、模型组、治疗组、对照组,每组15只。治疗组给予益肺康心胶囊,每日1次;对照组给予卡托普利,每日1次。连续给药15d,至检查前24h停药。观察益肺康心胶囊对大鼠肺心病模型血液流变学的影响。结果经益肺康心胶囊治疗后,血液流变学各项指标与模型组相比均有改善。结论益肺康心胶囊可有效改善大鼠肺心病模型血液流变学各项指标。
