| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨小儿外伤性单纯硬膜外血肿的诊断及治疗。方法 :回顾性分析我院1985年1月～2003年1月收治321例小儿外伤性单纯硬膜外血肿的临床资料。结果 :手术治疗176例 (其中9例为非手术治疗的中转手术 ) ,非手术治疗145例。316例临床痊愈 ,死亡5例 ,死亡率为1 56 %。结论 :小儿外伤性单纯硬膜外血肿确诊主要依靠临床基本特征及影像学资料 ,处理时应掌握其手术和非手术治疗的指征

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore diagnosis and treatment of isolated extradural hematoma in Children(IEDH).Methods:From Jan.1985 to Jan.2003,the clinical data of three hundreds and twenty-one pediatric patients with isolated extradural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of them,176 cases underwent surgical hematoma removal,and 145 cases performed no-operation management.Among them,316 cases recovered,5 cases died and the mortality rate was 1.56%.Conclusion:The IEDH in children were diagnosed mainly by images of CT and the clinical features of IEDH.The indication of surgical or medical management of IEDH should be appropriate applied. |
