| 摘 要： | 在古代中医文献中,"痹"字或指病机,或指症状,或指病名."痹"作为病名,又有广义和狭义之分."历节"、"历节风"、"白虎历节"、"痛风"等,都是指狭义的痹病.狭义痹病的病因病机学说,经历了从湿痹、风寒湿痹,到湿热痹、瘀热痹的发展过程,体现了认识的不断深化.
