| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨结肠损伤的临床特点及治疗方法以提高疗效.方法 对2004～2007年收治的81例结肠损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析.结果 81例患者均进行了手术治疗,治愈74例(91%),死亡7例(0.08%).Ⅰ期手术75例(92%),Ⅱ期手术6例,伤后早期还纳结肠造口2例,晚期还纳结肠造口4例.结论 结肠损伤Ⅰ期手术治疗是一种理想可行的手术方法,但必须严格掌握其适应证;Ⅱ期手术可以通过早期还纳结肠造口而提高患者的生活质量,缩短治疗时间. |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical characteristic and the treatment of the colon injury for enhancing the curative effect.Methods The 81 patients with colon injury treated in 2004-2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 81 examples have carried on the surgery treatment,cured 74 examples(91%),died 7 examples.The early time also the colon to make the mouth 2 examples.The later time accepts the colon to make the mouth 4 examples.Conclusion One-stage operation for colon injury is one ideal feasible surgery me... |
