住院病人护理收费中存在的问题分析

目的通过对住院病人护理收费中存在的问题进行分析,为制订相应的护理收费标准提供依据。方法随机选取上海市一、二、三级医院各1所的呼吸内科住院病人各30名,对其住院费用清单进行分析。结果一、二、三级医院住院费用构成比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理收费比例在总额中偏低、护理收费标准偏低、项目不全、护理劳动力成本被忽略。结论构建科学、合理、有效的护理收费标准迫在眉睫。

Study on the problems in the nursing charge for hospitalized patients

Objective To analyze the problems in the nursing charge for hospitalized patients,and provide basis for the establishment of nursing charge standards.Methods 90 hospitalized patients in respiratory department were randomly sampled from different level hospitals.The constitution of the hospitalization bills were analyzed.Result There was significant difference in the constitution of the hospitalization bills among different level hospitals(P<0.01).The proportion of nursing charge was relatively low in all the hospitals.There are some problems in the nursing charge,for instance,the proportion was relatively low,the standards of nursing charge was relatively low,the items of nursing charge were incomplete,the cost of nursing labor was ignored,and so on.Conclusion It is urgent to establish reasonable and effective nursing charge standards.
