乳腺良恶性肿块的X线诊断价值

目的　评价钼靶X线在诊断乳腺良、恶性肿块方面的价值。方法　对 5 7例乳腺肿块X线表现和病理诊断进行对比分析。结果　病灶总数为 60个 ,钼靶表现为良性肿块者 2 4例 ,2 1例与病理诊断相符 ,3例病理诊断为乳腺癌 ;表现为恶性肿块者 33例 ,31例与病理诊断相符 ,2例病理诊断为良性病变 (腺瘤和脓肿 ) ;未定性者 3例 ,其后病理诊断均为恶性。结论　乳腺钼靶X线对于乳腺良、恶性肿块鉴别诊断方面的价值较高 ,是目前乳腺肿块诊断的主要手段。

Value of Mammography in the Diagnosis of Breast Masses

Objective To evaluate mammography in the diagnosis of breast masses. Methods Findings of 57 cases of breast masses were analyzed and compared with their pathological diagnosis. Results The total breast masses were 60. 24 cases among them appeared benign in mammography and 21 cases were further proved correctly by pathology and 3 were breast carcinoma. The misdiagnosis rate was 8.11%. 31 cases among the other 33 cases appearing malignant were conformed in pathology and 2 cases were conformed as benign (adenoma or abscess), the misdiagnosis rate was 8.7%. 3 cases undetermined with mammography were further proved malignant by pathology. Conclusion Mammography might be common used method for breast examination and be helpful for differential diagnosis of breast masses.
