嗜银蛋白在胃癌及其癌前病变中的表达及意义

[目的 ]探讨嗜银蛋白在胃癌及其癌前病变中的表达及意义 .[方法 ]通过银染技术对胃癌 2 0例 ,胃癌癌前病变 12例 ,正常胃粘膜 14例的细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白的数量、大小及形态进行观察 .[结果 ]正常胃粘膜、癌前病变、癌的嗜银蛋白数量分别为 1 5 7± 0 2 4 ,3 2 4± 1 0 8,4 4 3± 1 6 0 ;平均最大直径分别为 1 0 1μm± 0 17μm ,1 4 1μm± 0 38μm ,2 5 2 μm± 0 6 2 μm ;异形率分别为 10 8%±1 2 %,18 8%± 2 2 %,36 4 %± 3 4 %;各组间均有显著性差异 .[结论 ]嗜银蛋白数量、大小、形态在胃癌发生发展过程中起重要作用

Expression and significance of argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region associated proteins in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions

OBJECTIVE?To investigate expression and significance of argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region associated proteins in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions.?METHODS?By using the argyrophil technigue, the count, range and rate of heterodoxy of argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region associated proteins were observed in 20 cases of gastric carcinoma, 12 cases of precancerous lesions and 14 cases of normal stomach.? RESULTS ?The count was 1 57±0 24,3 24±1 08 and 4 43±1 60, the range was 1 01?μm±0 17?μm,1 41?μm±0 38?μm and 2 52?μm±0 62?μm and the rate of heterodoxy was 10 8%±1 2%,18 8%±2 2% and 36 4%±3 4% respectively in normal stomach, precancerous lesions and gastric carcinoma. There were all significant differences between different groups.?CONCLUSION?The count, range and rate of heterodoxy of argyrophilic ucleolar organizer region associated proteins particles play an important role in the course of occurring and development of gastric carcinoma.
