| Abstract: | This paper collected the complete data of 102 cases of the rheumatoid arthritis of the large joint which its onset occured alonely without imvolvement of the small joint. Their clinical features and radiologic appearances were analysed. We considered that the case of the first onset of the swelling in the large joint, when it has no evidence of pathological changes of the small joint, should take into account for the presence of the rheumatoid arthritis. |
