摘    要:目的研究"侧碰假人颈部标定系统"的设计方法和加工技术。方法采用"摆臂撞击原理",设计"ES-2型侧碰假人颈部标定系统";开发国产化的新技术、新方法,研制该标定系统中的两个关键设备,即"摆臂装置"和"头颈弯曲角测量装置";根据ECE R95标准的相关技术要求,对该标定系统进行6次验证实验。结果摆臂装置产生的摆臂初始速度3.36~3.48 m/s、摆臂对吸能块的碰撞速度-时间曲线均符合ECE R95标准要求;头颈弯曲角测量装置能较为准确地检测出ES-2型侧碰假人头颈部的"最大前摆基本角"、"最大后摆基本角"和"最大头颈弯曲角"。结论 "ES-2侧碰假人颈部标定系统"简便、实用,基本满足ECE R95标准要求;其设计方法和加工技术具有一定的应用价值。
