氧合器用PES中空纤维复合膜的制备与表征

摘    要:目的制备一种中空纤维复合膜,验证其用于模式氧合器的可能性。方法使用具有指状孔结构的PES中空纤维,经过浸涂不同浓度的硅橡胶溶液,制得中空纤维复合膜。使用AFM、SEM以及透气性能的测定,确定硅橡胶涂膜溶液浓度与膜厚,气体通量,压差之间的关系。结果纤维表面得到了明显的改善,其均方粗糙度由10.657nm提高到3674nm:在压差为01MPa时其通量达到了3.6L/(min·m^2)。结论这种复合膜的制作方法简便可行,通量可以达到氧合器的要求。

Abstract:Objective To fabricate a type of hollow fiber composite membrane and verify the possibility of using for membrane oxygenator. Method By using dip-coat technique we had coated the PES hollow fiber with a dens silicone membrane, fabricated hollow fiber composite membrane. Using AFM, SEM and the gas permeation experiments, we observed the relationships between the 02 permeation rate and pressure difference between the two sides of the composite membrane, and the relationships between the silicone rubber solution consistence and silicone film thickness. Result AFM pictures showed that the outside surface of membrane had turned smoother after coating, the average mean roughness parameter decreased form 10.657 nm to 3.674 nm. The hollow fiber composite membrane had an 02 permeance of 3.6 L/(min· m^2) when gas pressure difference was 0.1 Mpa. Conclusion The method is simple and effective, in which the composite membrane have enough O2 permeance for membrane oxygenator.
