| 摘 要： | 目的探讨解剖钢板治疗股骨转子部骨折的疗效。方法对48例股骨转子部骨折患者应用解剖钢板、股骨上端松质骨螺钉、然后皮质骨螺钉内固定。结果48例切口均一期愈合。住院期间无并发症发生。6周后扶拐行走。随访6个月-3年，复查X线片显示骨折愈合良好，钢板及螺钉无折断和拔出。结论解剖钢板是治疗股骨转子周围部骨折的一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of treatment of the femoral peritrochanteric fractures by anatomical plates. Methods For 48 patients with femoral peritrochanteric fractures were treated by anatomical plates with cancellous scnews proximally and cortical screws distally. Results 48 cases were followed up. The follow-ups ranged from 6 to 36 months. All patients achieved osseous union and there was no complications in hospitalization. There was no fracture of the plate and screw. Conclusions The anatomical plates is a safe and effective method to treat femoral peritrochanterie fracture. |
