| 摘 要： | 目的调查精神病患者应用氯氮平10年后的生活质量现状。方法以自拟调查表及简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)来评定。结果52例患者平均住院(3.37±1.17)次;氯氮平剂量平均为(179.33±92.18)mg/d;用药时间平均为(138.0±24.9)mo;CGI中疗效指数平均为1.93±0.6;GWB平均为(78.02±11.63)分。结论持续使用氯氮平及联用中成药,可减轻氯氮平不良反应和提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the life quality of the psychotic patients having undergone clozapine treatment for 10 years.METHODS:52 psychotic patients were evaluated according to self-designed questionnaire,brief psychiatric reacting scale(BPRS)clinical global inventory(CGI),and general well being(GWB).RESULTS:The hospitalization frequencies of these patients were3.37±1.17.The average dosage of clozapine was(179.33±92.18)mg/d.The average time of medication was(138.0±24.9)mo.The mean score of efficacy index(EI)in CGI was1.96±0.60.The mean score of GWB was78.02±11.63.CONCLUSION:The continuous use of clozapine combined with Chinese traditional patent medicine can lessen the adverse reaction of clozapine and improve the life quality of the psychotic patients. |
