踝三针配合中药薰洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性痛临床评价

目的 对踝三针配合中药薰洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性痛的临床使用进行评价。方法 通过对社区卫生服务中心针灸科医生进行培训,掌握“踝三针治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性痛技术”。观察医生实施该技术的临床效果,并与常规针刺治疗进行比较。结果 观察组镇痛起效时间及镇痛维持时间均优于对照组（P＜0.01）;治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.01）;治疗后观察组总有效率为94.3%,显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组在治疗后2星期、4星期和8星期VAS评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 社区医师很好地掌握了“踝三针治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性痛技术”,踝三针配合中药薰洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性痛有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Evaluation of Ankle Triple-needles plus Chinese Medicinal Fumigation for Nerve Root Pain in Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To evaluate the use of ankle triple-needles plus Chinese medicinal fumigation in treating the nerve root pain in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Method The physicians in the Acupuncture Department of the community health service center were trained to handle the method of ankle triple-needles for the nerve root pain in LIDH. The clinical efficacy of this treatment method was observed and compared to that of ordinary acupuncture. Result The observation group was better than the control group in comparing the onset and lasting time of analgesic effect （P~0.01）; after treatment, the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score in the observation group, lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01）; the total effective rate was 94.3% in the observation group, significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in comparing the VAS scores 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The community physicians have well-handled the technique of ankle triple-needles in treating the nerve root pain in LIDH, and the ankle triple-needles plus Chinese medicinal fumigation has a content clinical efficacy in treating the nerve root pain in LIDH.
