耳穴贴压配合放松训练对四肢骨折患者术前睡眠质量的影响

目的 观察耳穴贴压配合三线放松训练改善四肢骨折患者术前睡眠质量的效果。方法 选取骨科住院的四肢骨折并进行择期手术治疗的患者200例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组实施骨科术前常规护理,治疗组在术前常规护理的基础上采取耳穴贴压配合三线放松训练,干预前后采用阿森斯失眠量表对两组患者进行效果评价。结果 干预后治疗组失眠人数明显少于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论 耳穴贴压配合三线放松训练可以有效改善骨折患者术前睡眠质量,促进康复。

Effect of Auricular Point Plaster Therapy plus Relaxation Training on Preoperative Sleep Quality in Limb Fracture Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point plaster therapy plus three-line relaxation training on preoperative sleep quality in limb fracture patients. Method Two hundred limb fracture patients hospitalized in orthopedics department for elective surgery were enrolled and randomly allocated to control and treatment groups. The control group received pre-orthopedic surgery nursing routines and the treatment group, auricular point plaster therapy plus three-line relaxation training as well. The effects were evaluated using the Athens Insomnia Scale in the two groups of patients before and after intervention. Result The number of insomnia patients was significantly smaller in the treatment group after intervention than in the control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Auricular point plaster therapy plus three-line relaxation training can effectively improve preoperative sleep aualitv in fracture natients.
