电针配合温针灸治疗腓总神经损伤疗效观察

目的 观察电针配合温针灸治疗腓总神经损伤的疗效。方法 将90例患者按单盲随机原则分为治疗组45例与对照组45例,对照组采用常规电针治疗,治疗组运用电针配合温针灸治疗。结果 治疗组痊愈29例,总有效率为86.7%;对照组痊愈20例,总有效率71.1%。结论 电针配合温针灸治疗腓总神经损伤有较好的临床疗效。

Therapeutic Observation on Electroacupuncture plus Warm Needling for Common Peroneal Nerve Injury

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of electroacupuncture plus warm needling in treating common peroneal nerve injury. Method Ninety patients were divided into a treatment group of 45 cases and a control group of 45 cases by a single-blind randomized method. The control group was intervened by electroacupuncture, while the treatment group was by electroacupuncture plus warm needling. Result In the treatment group, 29 were cured, and the total effective rate was 86.7%; in the control group, 20 were cured, and the total effective rate was 71.1%. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus warm needling has a content clinical efficacy in treating common peroneal nerve injury.
