柴胡桂枝汤证探微

柴胡桂枝汤为《伤寒论》名方,临证应用广泛.结合现代研究,分析其因机证治、药物加减,认为柴胡桂枝汤证属太少同病,涉及肝胆脾肺等脏腑及营卫气血的变化,同时经络循行面积比较广,而疾病的发生发展无外脏腑失调及气血失和,故其应用范围较广;柴胡桂枝汤证的病机可见于多种疾病的某一阶段,故虽主症不同,病机相似则可应用.经方的应用推广,主要在于对相似因、机、位的变通活用,故治疗以经方为法,有兼夹证候时需化裁圆通,方能宗仲景之旨而又有所发挥.

Exploring Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction

Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction is a famous formulae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and it has been generally applied in clinic. Combining with modem research, we analyzed its etiological factors, pathogenesis, syndrome and treatment as well as the modified drugs. Then we concluded that its syndrome be- longed to taiyang syndrome complicated by shaoyang syndrome, and related to liver, gallbladder, spleen and lung, and ying, wei, qi and blood. Because of the wider circulation areas of these zang andfu Bupleuri and Ram- uli Cinnamomi Decoction has an extensive clinical application, since the occurrence and development of the disea- ses mostly ascribes out of tune of zang and fu as well as estranged qi and blood. The pathogenesis of the formulae can be in some stage in many kinds of diseases, so Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction can be used in many diseases with different chief complaint according to the similar pathogenesis. The application and generaliza- tion of the classical prescriptions mainly lies in the etiological factors, pathogenesis and location of many diseases. So in clinic treatment should mainly abide by the decree of classical prescriptions in order to spread and develop classical prescriptions and Zhongzjing＇s purpose.
