温针灸治疗心脾两虚型不寐疗效观察

目的：观察温针灸治疗心脾两虚型不寐的临床疗效.方法：将80例患者随机的分为两组,治疗组采用普通针刺联合温针灸治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗.两组均每日治疗1次,以12次为1个疗程.共治疗3个疗程.然后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）量表和《精神疾病治疗效果标准修正草案》中有关失眠的疗效标准判断其疗效.结果：治疗组总有效率为92.5％,对照组总有效率为75.0％.二者差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.在PSQI的评定方面,两组患者治疗前后的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能等均有明显改善（P＜0.05）,治疗组PSQI中各因子的改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：温针灸治疗心脾两虚型不寐具有较好的治疗效果.

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture with Warmed Needle Treatment on Insomnia with Syndrome of Heart-spleen Deficiency

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with warmed needle on insomnia with syn- drome of heart-spleen deficiency. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with acupuncture with warmed needle, and control group with or- dinary acupuncture treatment. The two groups were daily treated 1 time, and 12 times were as a course of treat- ment. After 3 courses of treatment the curative effects were observed according to Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） scale and the standard relevant to insomnia in Amended Protocol for Judging Therapeutic Efficacy of Men- tal Disorder： Results： The total effective rate was 92.5% in treatment group, and 75% in control group. Statisti- cally significant difference was between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. According to PSQI falling asleep time, sleep- ing time, sleep efficiency and daytime function were improved significantly in the two groups before and after treat- ment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, in treatment group each factor of PSQI was better than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Acupuncture with warmed needle treatment has a better effect on insomnia with syndrome of heart-spleen de- ficiency.
