| 摘 要： | 目的 观察雷火灸疗法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法 将80例诊断明确的慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组运用雷火灸疗法,取百会、四神聪;对照组口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊。结果 治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为50.0%。结论 雷火灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效肯定,是治疗该病的安全有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion in treating chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS）. Method Eighty patients diagnosed with CFS were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 40 in each. The treatment group was intervened by thunder-fire moxibustion by selecting Baihui （GV20） and Sishencong （EX-HN1）; the control group was by Fluoxetine Hydrochloride capsules. Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 50.0% in the control group. Conclusion The effect of thunder-fire moxibustion in treating CFS has been confirmed, and it＇s safe and effective. |
