IL-4和IL-12在宫颈癌的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和白细胞介素-12(IL-12)在宫颈癌的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化PV6000通用二步法,检测IL-4和IL-12在20例正常宫颈上皮组织和72例宫颈癌组织蜡块中的表达,分析其与宫颈癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:IL-4在正常对照组和宫颈癌组的阳性表达率分别是20%和63.9%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);IL-12在两组的阳性表达率分别是55%和48.6%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IL-4在宫颈癌的表达与FIGO分期及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),IL-12表达与宫颈癌分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:IL-4高表达和IL-12低表达可能参与了宫颈肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸机制,其程度高低提示肿瘤生长速度及浸润程度。

IL-4 and IL-12 protein expression and clinical significance in uterine cervix carcinoma.

Objective：To explore of the expression and its clinical significance of interleukin-4（IL-4） and interleukin-12（IL-12） proteins in cervical carcinoma.Method：Using immunohistochemical technique,the expression of IL-4 and IL-12 in paraffin-embedded tissues from 20 normal epithelium and 72 cervical cancers were examined.And their relationship to clinical parameters was analyzed.Results：The positive expression rates of IL-4 in normal cervical tissues and cervical cancers were 20% and 63.9% respectively.The difference was significant（P0.01）.The positive expression rates of IL-12 were 55% and 48.6% respectively.There was no significant difference（P0.05）.The expression of IL-4 in cervical cancer was significantly correlated with FIGO staging,lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.The expression of IL-12 in cervical cancer was significantly correlated with differentiation,lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion：The high expression of IL-4 and the decrease expression of IL-12 may be involved in immune escape of cervical cancer cells,they indicate that the growth and infiltration of tumor may correlate with the level of expression.
