医院后勤服务协同战略的成本分析

摘    要:作为一项复杂的系统工程,医院后勤服务的运营不仅涉及与医院医疗服务之间的协调匹配问题,而且也涉及各服务提供商之间的合作问题。尽管医院后勤服务运营中存在着很多协同的机会,但协同战略的实施存在多种协同成本。本文根据医院后勤服务协同战略的实施过程,将协同成本划分为识别成本、谈判成本、实施成本、监督成本和退出成本,并逐一进行分析。

Abstract:As a complicated system engineering,the operation of logistics service in hospitals relates not only to synergic matching in medical service but to the synergies among service providers.Though there are many chances for the operation of logistics service in hospitals the practice of the synergy creates synergy cost.Basing on the practice of synergy in logistics of hospitals,the writer divides synergy cost into:identification cost,negotiation cost,monitoring cost and exist cost,and analyzes them one by one.
