番禺区8000例宫颈HPV检查结果分析

目的分析番禺区8000例妇女宫颈HPV检查结果，了解番禺区妇女宫颈HPV感染率、亚型分型、年龄结构及宫颈病变情况。方法对8000例受检者进行HPV—DNA检测、对感染病例进行宫颈TCT检查及阴道镜病理检查。结果HPV感染为炎症和尖锐湿疣9例，年龄25．42岁，主要感染型：6、11。病变级别分组为CINI4例，年龄26—34岁，主要感染型：18、31、33。CINI／、III11例，年龄24—57岁，主要感染型：16、58、33、52、51。原位癌1例，年龄43岁，主要感染型：31、33。结论HPV感染的发生率有年轻化趋势，20～30岁、30～40岁、40～50岁3个年龄段为妇女宫颈病变的发病高峰期；HPV感染亚型中，低危型为6、11，高危型为16、18、31、33、51、52、58，且33型为番禺区主要高危型；多重感染与宫颈癌病变有相当密切的关系。

Analysis on inspection results of 8000 cases of human papilloma virus findings in Panyu District

Objective To analyze 8000 cases of the human papilloma virus （HPV） inspection results in Panyu district, for understanding conditions of women infected with HPV, subtypes, age structure and cervical lesions. Method 8000 subjects were inspected by HPV-DNA testing, TCT examination and colposcopy pathology examination. Results HPV infection inflammation and 9 cases of condyloma acuminatnm, aged 25-42, primary infection type： 6, 11, 13. Lesion level subgroup CIN I in 4 cases, aged 26- 34, primary infection type： 18, 31, 33. CIN II-CIN III in 11 cases, aged 24-57, primary infection type： 16, 58, 33, 52, 51. Carcinoma in situ in 1 case （4%）, aged 43, primary infection type： 31, 33. Conclusion HPV infection rate has the young tendency, in the 20-30 years, 30-40 years, 40-50 years as 3 age groups for women with cervical lesions of the peak incidence of infection; HPV subtype, low-risk types 6, 11, high risk typel6, 18,31, 33, 51, 52, 58, and the type 33 is the main high risk; muhiplicity of infection and cervical cancer has a very close relationship.
