摘    要:目的探索足背动脉穿刺在ICU采血中的有效性。方法对ICU210例危重患者采取股动脉、桡动脉、足背动脉穿刺的成功率、血肿发生率、误穿静脉发生率进行统计比较,并对采血效果及不良反应进行评价。结果3组采血方法的一次穿刺成功率依次为股动脉64.29%、足背动脉92.86%、桡动脉71.43%。(x2=20.05,P〈0.05)。结论足背动脉穿刺成功率高,不良反应比桡动脉、股动脉明鼎要小,既能及时反映患者的内环境的状态及病情变化,又能使医务人员对患者症状采取及时的处理,并且方便护士操作,节约护士的T作时间,提高工作效率及T作质量,减轻患者痛苦,提高疾病治愈率。

Abstract: Abstract ] Objective To explore the effectiveness of dorsalis pedis artery puncture for blood withdrawal in ICU. Methods 210 critically ill patients in ICU received puncture of femoral artery, radial artery, and foot dorsal artery. The success rate of puncture, incidence of hematoma, and rate of mistaken venous puncture were analyzed, and the effect of blood withdrawal and adverse reactions were assessed. Results The primary success rate of puncture was for 64.29% femoral artery, 92.86% for dorsalis pedis, and 71.43% for radial artery ( X 2 =20.05, P〈0.05). Conclusions Dorsalis pedis artery puncture has a higher success rate of blood withdrawal and has fewer adverse reactions than radial artery and femoral artery puncture. It can timely reflect the state of internal environment and changes of disease severity and can make medical staff to manage symptoms properly. It is convenient for nurses, saves work time, improve efficiency and quality of work, relieves pain, and improve the cure rate in patients.
