腮腺肿瘤85例临床治疗分析

目的探讨腮腺肿瘤的手术方式、手术范围、病理类型及预后，提高腮腺肿瘤患者的治愈率及生存质量。方法回顾性分析、总结我院近10年手术治疗的腮腺肿瘤患者85例，对各种手术方式及各种并发症进行分析。良性肿瘤80例，31例行腮腺部分切除，19例行腮腺浅叶切除，30例行腮腺浅叶切除加深叶切除。恶性肿瘤5例，行保留面神经的腮腺全切加肿瘤切除。结果82例治愈，3例复发。结论对腮腺肿瘤患者应综合分析判断其性质，选择适宜的手术方式，注意保护面神经，尽量保存组织，减少并发症。

A clinical analysis on therapies for parotid gland tumor in 85 patients

Objective To explore the procedures and extent of surgery for parotid gland tumor, pathological tapes and prognosis of patients, and to improve the cure rate and quality of life in patients. Methods The data on 85 patients who had undergone surgical treatment for parotid benign tumor in recent10 years were retrospectively analyzed. The surgical procedures and related complications were analyzed. 31 patients had partial resection, 19 had superficial parotidectomy, and 30 had superficial and deep parotidectomy. 5 patients with parotid malignant tumors received parotid and tumor resection with preservation of facial nerve. Results 82 patients were cured and 3 recurred. Conclusions Comprehensive analysis should be made to determine the nature of tumors in patients and proper surgical procedure should be selected. Facial nerve should be carefully protected and the surrounding tissues should be preserved. The procedure-related complications should be reduced.
