电子支气管镜冷冻治疗支气管内膜结核支气管狭窄的护理

目的探讨电子支气管镜冷冻治疗支气管内膜结核支气管狭窄的护理。方法总结28例电子支气管镜冷冻治疗支气管内膜结核支气管狭窄的护理经验，重点加强心理护理和呼吸道护理，做好术前准备、注意术中不良反应、术后呼吸道护理，从而提高患者的依从性，有效预防并发症的发生。结果本组所有患者均接受治疗，术后8例痰中带血丝，在未予特殊处理情况下均痊愈。所有参加研究的28例患者，有少数有畏惧心理，经过辅导均接受治疗，说明正确的护理，能提高患者的依从性及手术的成功率。结论电子支气管镜冷冻治疗在治疗支气管内膜结核支气管狭窄、改善临床症状、促使肺组织复张上效果良好，通过术前、术中、术后有效护理，能提高患者的依从性及手术的成功率，减少手术后并发症。

Nursing of electronic bronchoscopic cryotherapy for bronchial stenosis secondary to endobronchial tuberculosis

Objective To explore nursing care of electronic bronchoscopic cryotherapy in the treatment of bronchial stenosis secondary to endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods The nursing experience on electronic bronchoscopic cryotherapy for bronchial stenosis secondary to endobronchial tuberculosis was summarized. Mental nursing and respiratory care were strengthened, preoperative preparation was done well, respiratory nursing was carefully performed to improve patient compliance, intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions were carefully observed, and complications were effectiveiy prevented. Results All the patients received treatment. 8 patients developed postoperative blood stained sputum and were finally cured without special treatment. A minority of 28 participants had feeling of scare and accepted treatment after counseling. Correct nursing care improved patient compliance and the success rate of surgery. Conclusions Electronic bronchoscopic cryotherapy for bronchial stenosis secondary to endobronchial tuberculosis improve clinical symptoms and promote lung reexpansion. Effective perioperative nursing can improve patient compliance and success rate of surgery and reduce postoperative complications.
