替罗非班、氯吡格雷联合治疗急性冠脉综合征疗效和安全性分析

目的探讨替罗非班、氯吡格雷联合治疗急性冠脉综合征（ACS）的临床疗效及安全I生。方法将82例ACS患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各41例。两组患者均给予低分子肝素钙及硝酸脂类药物等基础治疗，观察组在此基础上给予替罗非班、氯吡格雷联合治疗，对照组给予氯吡格雷治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效、远期心血管事件发生率及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为95．12％，明显高于对照组的73．17％（P〈0．05）；观察组远期不良心脏事件发生率为9．76％，明显低于对照组的31．71％（P〈0．05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论替罗非班、氯吡格雷联合治疗ACS安全、有效。

The efficacy and safety of tirofiban combined with clopidogred for acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinial efficacy and safety of tirofiban combined with clopidogred in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods 82 patients with ACS were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 41 for each group. In addition to the basic therapies with LMWH and nitrites, the study group received combination therapy with tirofiban and clopidogrel, while the control group received clopidogrel alone. The clinical efficacy, long-term incidence rate of cardiovascular events, and complications were observed in both groups. Results The overall effectiveness rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （95.12% vs. 73.17%, P〈O.05）. The long-term incidence rate of cardiovascular events was markedly lower in the study group than in the control group （9.76% vs. 31.71%, P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of complications （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Combination therapy with tirofiban and clopidogred are safe and effective in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.
