| 摘 要： | 目的阐明病案管理在医疗纠纷中的作用。方法分析病案管理与医疗纠纷产生原因的关系。结果必须采取切实可行的措施，提高病案管理水平，防范医疗纠纷。结论病案管理水平高低在医疗纠纷处理过程中具有相当的重要性。
