摘    要:目的分析鼻内镜手术、鼻侧切开手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床疗效,为临床选择手术方式提供依据。方法对我院71例行手术治疗的鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者的疗效进行回顾性分析,其中42例行鼻内镜手术,29例行鼻侧切开手术。观察两种术式的术后复发率、术中出血量、并发症情况。结果鼻内镜手术组术中出血量、术后并发症及肿瘤复发率均显著少于鼻侧切开手术组(P〈0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜下手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤具有术后复发率低、术中出血量少、并发症少、无面部疤痕、肿瘤切除彻底等优点,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To provide support for clinical selection of surgical procedures by analyzing the efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery and nasal lateral incision in the treatment of inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Methods The efficacy of surgical treatment was retrospectively analyzed in 71 patients with inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. 42 received endoscopic nasal surgery and 29 underwent nasal lateral incision. Postoperative recmTence rate, intraoperative blood loss, and complications were compared. Results Volume of intraoperative bleeding was smaller and rates of postoperative complications and recurrence were significantly lower in the group of nasal endoscopic surgery than the group of nasal lateral incision (P〈0.05). Conclusions Nasal endoscopic surgery for inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus has a lower recurrence rate, less blood loss, fewer complications, no formation of facial scars, and complete removal of the tumor. It is worth popularizing clinically.
