前列地尔对冠心病心肌缺血及心率变异性的影响

摘    要:目的 观察前列地尔对冠心病患者心肌缺血和心率变异性的影响。方法随机将70例冠心病患者分两组,A组为前列地尔组35例,给予阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林等基础上静注前列地尔,B组为常规治疗组35例,在阿托伐他汀、拜阿司匹林等常规药物基础上联合硝酸异山梨酯治疗。治疗前后均给予行动态心电图检查,目的是观察心肌缺血和HRV的相关指标变化。结果治疗6周后,两组中,伴有症状的sT段压低次数及其持续时间与无症状的ST段压低及其持续时间均有明显减少及缩短,比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且A组明显优于B组(P〈0.05)。A组HRV指标(SDNN,SDANN,SDNNI)治疗后亦明显改善(P〈0.05),B组治疗前后HRV各指标差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论前列地尔能显著改善冠心病患者心肌缺血,同时对HRV也有改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of alprostadil on myocardial ischemic (MI) and heart rate varobility(HRV) in coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty cases with coronary heart disease were divided randomly into routine group(n=30) treated with routine treatment (aspirin,sorbitrate and atovastain) and Alprostadil group(n=30) treated with alprostadil and routine treatment. Used 24-hour ambulatory ECG testing before and after treatment in all patients of MI and HRV index, obseved and analyzed changes in these indications before and after treatment. Result After treatment, the heart rate variability index was signifieantly increased compared with before treatment.,and asymtomatic myocardial ischemia were decreased significantly in two groups after therapy. Conclusions Alprostadil was effective for MI and HRV with coronary heart disease.
