| 摘 要： | 目的：评价IPS—Empress 2全瓷冠在四环素牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法：对64颗四环素牙严格按照全瓷冠的要求进行修复，用美国公共健康协会的修正标准进行评价。结果：64颗全瓷冠桥修复体经6～24个月的随访观察，成功58颗，失败6颗，其中修复体颜色不协调2颗，边缘着色1颗，边缘不密合1颗，折裂2颗，成功率为90．63％。结论：IPS—Empress 2全瓷冠桥在四环素牙的美容修复中效果满意，是一种较理想的美容修复材料。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the clinical effects of IPS-Empress 2 all-ceramic crown on the tetracycline teeth. Methods： The clinical effects of 64 all-ceramic crowns and bridges of the tetracycline teeth on fitness, colour, shape and strength were evaluated on the basis of the standard issued by the Public Health Association of USA. Results： Of the 64 involved teeth 58 crowns and bridges were successfully restorated, and 6 of them were failed, the successful rate was 90.63% during follow-up 6 to 24 months. Conclusion： IPS-Empress 2 all-ceramic crown and bridge is a promising measure for the tetracycline teeth restoration. |
