客运列车乘务员心电图异常调查

目的了解客运列车乘务员异常心电图的检出率及分布状况。方法于2012年1月至2012年12月期间,对1326名客运列车乘务员进行心电图检测。采用t检验、卡方检验对检测结果进行分析。结果 1326名客运乘务员中,心电图异常者357(26.9%)人,不同性别心电图异常分布差异无统计学意义(2=0.439,p=0.508)。经趋势卡方检验,随年龄增长心电图异常率呈现升高趋势有统计学意义(2=36.498,p<0.001)。心电图诊断分类中,ST-T改变的异常检出人数最多,为64(4.8%)人,占所有心电图异常人数的17.9%。心电图异常组的生化指标异常检出率比心电图正常组的高,且两组生化指标异常分布差异有统计学意义(2=21.980,p=0.001)。结论心电图异常与年龄相关,心电图异常者生化指标异常率也升高。

Investigation about the abnormality of electrocardiogram in passenger train attendants

Objective To investigate the abnormality of electrocardiogram （ECG） in passenger train attendants. Methods A total of 1 326 passenger train attendants were recruited, and took part in the ECG test, during Jan 2012 to Dec 2012. T test and 2 test were used to analyze the results of the ECG test. Results Among 1 326 passenger train attendants, the ones with abnormal ECG were 357 （26.9%）. The gender distribution difference in abnormal ECG was not significant （X2 =0.439, p =0.508）. The abnormal ECG increased with age, and the relationship was significant tested by trend （X2 =36.498, p0.001）. The most abnormal ECG was ST-T changes with 64 （4.8%） persons, which accounted for 17.9% of all abnormal ECG. Compared with normal ECG group, the abnormal ECG group enjoyed higher prevalence of abnormal biochemical index, and the difference was significant （X2 =21.980, p =0.001）. Conclusions The abnormality of ECG was related to age and biochemical index.
