大连市2012年托幼机构消毒状况分析

目的了解大连市幼儿园卫生状况,加强幼儿园卫生管理,确保在园儿童的身体健康。方法 2012年10月参照《辽宁省托幼机构消毒卫生标准(征求意见稿)》对大连市内5所托幼机构进行消毒质量调查。结果 2012年共检测托幼机构5所,检测各类样品119份(303项),合格276项,合格率为90.43%(274/303),其中空气样品27份,合格26份,合格率为96.30%(26/27),物体表面样品144项,合格129项,合格率为89.58%(129/144),人员手样品132份,合格119份,合格率为90.15%(119/132)。结论大连市托幼机构总体消毒情况较好,但工作人员手和物体表面卫生合格率较低,应引起重视。

Effectiveness of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of dalian in 2012

Objective To understand the hygiene situation of kindergartens in dalian city,in order to strengthen the supervision o n their health and insure children＇s body health. Methods Five kindergartens were investigated on the effect of disinfections in October,2011,according to the methods offered by 《Liaoning provincial hygienic standard for disinfection of nursery （Draft for Soliciting Opinions） 》Results Five kindergartens were tested and 119samples were collected,303 smples were tested,274 of them were up to standard,accounting for 90.43% （274/303）,the eligible rates of indoor air,tableware and surfaces of environm ental objects,hands of staff water of playing pools for infants and disinfectant solutions in use were 96.30% （26/27）,89.58% （129/144）,90.157% （119/132）. Conclusion The quality of disinfection work in kindergartens in Dalian City was good,but the prominent problem in hand hygiene and of the staff and surface hygiene should be attentioned.
