摘    要:目的 科学地制订布鲁氏菌病化学疗法方案和合理用药.方法 解释布病化学疗法原则和方案的治疗机理.治疗原则:早期、联合、足量、足疗程.治疗方案:强化期静脉输液联合使用利福霉素钠、多西环素、头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠15d;继续期口服联合利福霉喷丁、多西环素连续用药45~90d.结果 1203例急性期布鲁氏菌病患者经过强化期和继续期治疗,治愈994例,治愈率82.63%;基本治愈109例,基本治愈率9.06%;好转93例,好转率7.73%;无效7例,无效率0.58%.结论 采用新的急性期布病治疗方案规范治疗后,疗效较以往显著提高.

Abstract:Objective Scientific formulate brucellosis chemical therapy programme and rational drug use. Methods Interpretation of brucellosis chemical therapy principles and plan the treatment mechanism. Therapeutic principle of early combined with enough enough course. Treatment scheme of strengthening period intravenous infusion combined use of rifamycin sodium, doxycycline, cefoperazone sulbactam 15 days; continuing oral rifamycin combined mycophenolate rifapentine, doxycycline continuous medication 45-90 days. Results In 1 203 patients with acute brucellosis patients after intensive phase and continuation phase treatment, 994 cases were cured, the cure rate was 82.63%; cure 109 cases, the cure rate is 9.06%; 93 cases were improved, the effective rate was 7.73%; 7 cases are invalid, void rate of 0.58%. Conclusion Using new acute brucellosis treatment scheme for treatment, efficacy significantly increased than before.
