徐州铁路地区公共场所消毒质量状况调查

摘    要:目的了解辖区公共场所空气、用品消毒效果情况,探究适合徐州辖区公共场所空气、用品消毒方法,提高辖区公共场所空气、用品消毒效果。方法对辖区单位卫生管理方式制度、单位消毒人员消毒知识和技术、消毒方法等方面进行调查,并根据情况进行消毒知识与技术培训前后消毒质量对比分析。结果徐州地区公共场所消毒质效果达标率偏低。经过培训后消毒质量效果显著提高(χ2=930.89,p<0.01)。消毒人员消毒知识与技术水平有了进一步提高(χ2=14.70,p<0.01)。结论应建立健全徐州地区公共场所消毒质量体系,加强规章制度建设;加强消毒技术培训,完善消毒技术操作规程;同时加强消毒质量监测与监督管理,对抓好公共场所空气、用具表面上的微生物的控制,是预防传染病的重要措施。

Abstract:Objective area air in public places, disinfection and sterilization effect of the situation, explore for Xuzhou area air in public places, disinfection and sterilization methods, improve area air in public places, disinfection and sterilization effect. Methods on area units and health management system, unit disinfection to disinfect knowledge and technology, disinfection methods to investigate, according to the situation before and after disinfection sterilization knowledge and technical training quality comparison analysis, hsults Xuzhou public places disinfection qualitative effect of the low compliance rate. The quality of disinfection effect after training significantly improve ( x2=930.89, p〈0.01). Disinfection of knowledge and technical level of disinfection personnel has been further improved ( x2=14.70, p〈0.01). Conclusion should establish a sound the Xuzhou areas in public places disinfection quality system, to strengthen the rules and regulations; disinfection technical training, to improve the disinfection technical operation; while enhancing the quality of disinfection monitoring and supervision, good job on the surface of the air in public places, utensils microbial control is an important measure for prevention of infectious diseases.
