组织蛋白酶D,MMP-9,CD44V6与大肠癌浸润转移关系研究进展

结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率地区差异较大,与世界上较发达国家相比,我国属于低发病区域,但随着生活方式的改变,呈现发病率日渐升高趋势.结肠癌早期起病隐匿,且病情发展较慢,出现明显症状而就诊的患者多数已处于中晚期.结直肠癌的预后相对较好,统计显示,根治术后五年生存率可达50％以上,其中,早期诊断并采取手术根除的患者五年生存率可高达80％以上,而晚期患者术后五年生存率仅有30％左右.因此早期诊断及早期治疗对结肠癌患者的预后尤为重要.文章就组织蛋白酶D、MMP-9、CD44V6与肿瘤特别是大肠癌转移之间的关系作一综述.

The research progress of the relationship between cathepsin -D, MMP-9, CD44v6 in rectal cancer andtumor invasion ,lymph nodes metastasis

Colorectal carcinoma is one of the most common gastrointestinal manlignant tumor,the differences of incidence in different areas is obvious,comparing with the more developed countries in the world,our country belong to the low hair area,but with the changing of the lifestyle,its incidence is increasing year by year. Colorectal carcinoma occur hiddenly in early stage and its development is relatively slow,most of the patients who appear the obvious symptoms and see a doctor are already in middle-late stage. The prognosis of colon cancer are relatively good,statistics showing,after the radical surgery,the total five-year survival rate can be more than 50%,and the five-year survival rate of the early diagnostic and postoperative patients can achieve 80% above,and the postoperative late 5 years of survival rate is only about 30%. So early diagnosis and early treatments on the prognosis of patients with colon cancer is particularly important. In this article the roles of cathepsin-D,MMP-9,CD44v6 in colorectal tumors＇ invasion and metastasis were investigated.
