大连市2012年度脊髓灰质炎疫苗强化免疫活动评价

目的了解2012年大连市脊髓灰质炎(以下简称脊灰)疫苗强化免疫活动效果,为维持无脊灰状态和消灭脊灰工作进一步开展提供依据。方法根据辽宁省卫生厅《关于开展2011/2012年度辽宁省脊髓灰质炎疫苗强化免疫和查漏补种工作的通知》的相关要求,于2012年1～3月,在大连市全市范围内开展了两轮适龄儿童脊灰疫苗强化免疫工作,强化免疫资料逐级汇总上报,并采用随机原则进行现场快速评估。结果全市摸底登记应接种儿童数为465628人,实种儿童数为457350,接种率为98.22%。现场快速评估,共调查1261名目标儿童,第一轮实种儿童数为1255,调查接种率为99.52%,第二轮实种儿童数为1251,调查接种率为99.21%。结论两轮强化免疫活动脊灰疫苗接种率均达到95%以上的目标,为我市继续维持无脊灰状态提供了强有力的保障。但是流动儿童的强化免疫前免疫空白所占比例明显高于常住儿童,两轮强化免疫接种率又明显低于常住儿童,因此继续加强流动儿童的管理和预防接种工作为今后工作的重中之重。

Evaluate on effect of Poliovirus Vaccines of Supplementary Immunization Activities in 2012 at Dalian City

Objective To analyze the effect of Poliovirus Vaccines of Supplementary Immunization Activities （SIA）, and provide the basis for maintaining polio-free status. Methods According to the documents issued by the Liaoning Provincial Health Department, carried out two Poliovirus Vaccines of Supplementary Immunization Activities among 4 months to 4 years children in January 2012-March at Dalian City. The information progressively summary reported, and conduct rapid assessment with the principle of random site. Results the Should be planted number of thoroughly registration in dalian is 465 628 people, the actual number of vaccinated 457 350, Vaccination rate is 98.22%. The rapid assessment, survey 1 261 target children, the children should be vaccinated in first round is 1 255, Vaccination rate is 99.52%. The children should be vaccinated in second round is 1 251, Vaccination rate is 99.21%. Conclusion Two Poliovirus Vaccines of Supplementary Immunization Activities, polio vaccination rate of more than 95%, and Provide a strong guarantee for dalian to continue to polio-free status. But, The Supplementary Immunization Activities ago, Immune blank proportion of migrant children was significantly higher than the Resident children. The vaccination rates significarttly lower than the resident children in two Supplementary Immunization Activities. Therefore, to continue strengthen management and vaccination of Migrant children, is the focus in future work.
