2004-2012年弥渡县法定报告性传播疾病流行病学特征分析

目的分析弥渡县法定报告性传播疾病(STDs)的流行病学特点,为制定针对性防治措施提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对弥渡县2004-2012年间法定报告的性传播疾病进行趋势及描述性分析。结果 2004-2012年间累计报告STDs病例968例,年均发病率33.46/10万;发病率由2004年的14.66/10万上升到2012年的77.47/10万,年均增长23.13%。4种性病中,淋病报告发病率呈下降趋势,梅毒、AIDS发病率、HIV感染率呈上升趋势。结论 STDs发病率呈逐年上升趋势,病种构成也发生较大变化,AIDS的构成比跃居首位,增幅较大。目前需采取艾滋病综合防控措施,同时加强梅毒防控,降低梅毒发病率,并有助于控制AIDS/HIV的流行。
