| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰岛素抵抗与脑梗死之间的关系。方法 30例单纯脑梗死组、40例高血压合并脑梗死组及30例正常对照组患者进行空腹血胰岛素(INS)、血糖(BG)、胆圊醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)及体重指数(BMI)水平测定。结果 两组脑梗死患者分别与对照组比较,其INS明显升高,胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)显著降低,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论 胰岛素抵抗与脑梗死有着密切关系,可能是脑梗死一个重要的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explove the relationship between insulin resistance and stoke. Methods We measured the levds of fasting issulin release, blood sugar, plasma choleslerol, plasma triglyceride and BMI in stroke group ( n = 30) and in stroke with hypertension, group ( n = 40) and in normal control group (n = 30). Results We found that the levels of blood sugar and fasting insulin were highten in stroke group and in stroke with hypertension group, while insulin-sensitivity index was obviously lower in stroke group and in stroke with hypertension group than in normal control group. Conclusion The insulin resistance was closely related to stroke, it may be important risk factors of stroke. |
