HSP70在肺癌癌旁组织及转移灶中的表达意义

摘    要:目的 探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的表达及意义。方法 采用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测了ⅢA期NSCLC56例、转移灶及其癌旁组织中HSP70的表达。结果 HSP70在癌组织中的表达阳性率为87.5%(49/56,腺癌21/27,鳞癌28/29),HSP70在转移癌组织中的表达阳性率为91.1(51/56),而在癌旁的肺组织HSP70的表达阳性率为10.7(6/56),癌组织的表达阳性率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);癌组织与转移灶的表达阳性率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 HSP70在NSCLC高表达可能通过细胞的生长调控在肿瘤的发生过程中具有重要作用。

Abstract:AIM To study the expression and significance of HSP70 in non small cell lung cancer. METHODS The expression of HSP70 among lung cancer, metastasis and para carcinoma tissues in 56 patients with non small cell lung cancer was examined and compared by using immunohistochemical SABC method. RESULTS The positive staining rates of HSP70 in the carcinoma, metastasis and para carci noma tissues were 87.5% (49/56, adenocarcinoma 21/27, squamous carcinoma 28/29), 91.1% (51/56) and 10.7% (6/56), respectively. There was statistical significance between the positive staining rate in carcinoma and para carcinoma tissues ( P <0.01); however, no significance was found between that in carcinoma and metastasis tissues ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION The over expression of HSP70 in non small cell lung cancer tissues might play an important role in the process of oncogenesis by influencing the cellular growth control.
